• 1)

  체크인 시간은 16:00 부터 입니다.

• 2)

  객실 내에는 수용인원에 맞게 각종 비품이 비치되어 있사오니, 어메니티 정보를 참고하여 수량을 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.

• 3)

  투숙인원 추가를 원하시면 입실시 프론트에서 현장결제가 필요합니다. (인당 15,000원)

• 4)

  24시 이후 입실하실 경우 사전에 연락 주시면 빠른 등록업무가 가능합니다. 또한 개인사유와 천재지변 등으로 인하여 늦을 시에는 프런트에 연락하시면 등록에 불편이 없습니다.

• 5)

  애완동물과 함께 투숙을 금지합니다.

• 6)

  객실에선 직화구이 방식의 조리를 금지합니다.

체크아웃

• 1)

  체크아웃 시간은 정오 12:00까지 입니다.

• 2)

  체크아웃 시간이 지연될 경우 아래와 같이 초과 요금이 적용되오니 다소 불편하시더라도 다음 고객을 위해서 반드시 지켜주시기 바랍니다.

• 3)

  퇴실 전 다음 고객을 위하여 쓰레기 분리수거는 꼭 부탁 드립니다.

• 4)

  연휴 기간 및 호텔이 정한 성수기 기간 Check Out 연장은 할 수 없습니다.

성수기, 비수기 안내

• 1)

  성수기 : 04월 01일 ~ 10월 31일

• 2)

  비수기 : 11월 01일 ~ 03월 31일

• 3)

  그 외 공휴일 및 지역축제, 행사에 따라 일부 성수기 비용이 적용될 수 있습니다.

객실 습득물 문의

• 1)

  습득물은 프런트 데스크에서 보관하며 고객 요청 시 숙박여부 및 발생 물품 등 간단한 확인을 통하여 일치할 경우 택배(착불)로 발송하여 드리고 있습니다.

• 2)

  보다 신속한 처리를 위하여 객실번호, 날짜, 분실예상장소 등을 확인 하신 후 전화 주시면 편리하게 안내를 받으실 수 있습니다.

• 3)

  음식물의 경우 당일 폐기이므로 당일 이후에는 보관하지 않는 점 양해 부탁드립니다. 기타 분실물에 대해서 별도 연락이 없으면 1개월 후 폐기합니다.

  객실 내 애완동물이나 위험물 반입은 일체 금지되어 있습니다.

  고객님의 안전과 재산보호를 위해 객실 내에서는 버너 사용/불판/전기그릴 등 화기용품 사용이 금지되어 있습니다.

• 3)

  객실 내 금지용품 사용 적발시 퇴실 조치 될 수 있습니다.

• 4)

  귀중품은 반드시 프런트 데스크에 보관하여 주시기 바랍니다. 보관되지 않은 귀중품 분실 시 당사에서는 책임지지 않음을 양지하여 주시기 바랍니다.

미성년자 입실안내

청소년보호법에 의거하여 보호자 미 동반 투숙 시 입실이 불가 할 수 있으니 양지해주시기 바랍니다.
미성년자 (만19세미만)의 경우 부모의 동의 또는 동행 시에만 숙박이 가능합니다.(혼숙입실불가)

CHECK-IN

• 1)

  Check-in time is 16:00.

• 2)

  Room amenities are provided according to number of person, so please check the quantity by referring to the Amenity information.

• 3)

  If you want to add more guests, you need to pay at the front desk. (KRW 15,000 per person)

• 4)

  If your check in time is after 24 o'clock, contact us in advance for quick registration. Also, if you are late due to personal reasons or natural disasters, please contact the front desk.

• 5)

  Staying with pets is prohibited.

• 6)

  Roast cooking is prohibited in the room.

CHECK-OUT

• 1)

  Checkout time is until 12:00 p.m.

• 2)

  If the check-out time is delayed, the late check out charge will be applied as follows. Please keep the time for the next customer.

• 3)

  Please collect garbage separately for the next customer before leaving the room.

• 4)

  You cannot extend the check-out date during the holidays and peak season set by the hotel.

PEAK SEASON AND OFF-PEAK SEASON

• 1)

  Peak season : April 1st to October 31st

• 2)

  Off-Peak season : November 1st to March 31st

• 3)

  Some dates may apply as peak season depending on local situation.

LOST & FOUND

• 1)

  Lost&Found items will be sent by delivery service (guest pay) after checking stay information match.

• 2)

  For faster process, please remember the room number, date, and expected location of loss.

• 3)

  Please understand that food will not be stored because it is disposed of on the same day. Lost&Found items that nobody contact for 30days will be discarded.

ACCOMODATION REGULATIONS

• 1)

  All pets and dangerous goods are prohibited in the room.

• 2)

  For your safety and property protection, the use of fire equipment is prohibited in the room.

• 3)

  If prohibited items are detected, guest can stay no longer.

• 4)

  Please keep your valuables at the front desk. Please note that we are not responsible for the loss of any valuables that have not been stored.

MINORS' ADMISSION INFORMATION

Under the Juvenile Protection Act, you are not able to check in without adults above 19 years of age.
Minors (less than 19 years of age) can stay only if they agree or accompany their parents (unless to stay in a mixed room).
